1.2- This website owner and creator remains forever in full possession and control of the rights on the content presented on or downloaded from this website.
1.3- All the content sold from this website is sold with a non-exclusive licence. All the rights associated to the content sold on this website remains under the control and possession of its creator only, even after the sale of this content.
1.4- Any unauthorized use of this website content without having previously obtained written permission from its creator is prohibited.
2- COMMERCIAL USE
2.1- The content downloaded from this website cannot be used for resell. Any commercial use must have been authorized by the content creator, by sending an email to “kaz@kaz.photo” detailing how the content is to be used precisely (example: used for prints or digitally, details on number of copies to be printed/sold, etc.). Only after the permission to commercially use the copyrighted content have been obtained from its creator, can the commercial user proceed to download and use the content as intended and detailed in the written agreement with the “kaz.photo” website creator.
2.2- The commercial user of this website’s content cannot use this content in any other manner whatsoever that is different from the written agreement concluded with the “kaz.photo” website creator.
2.3- The commercial user of this website’s content must first buy one full resolution digital download file for each and every single copy of this image that is intended to be printed and/or sold. This fair amount represents the royalties to be paid to the content creator for commercial use of its content by a third party. Each and every single printed copy of any of this website’s content that will ever be commercially used by anyone must therefore have been first bought and downloaded, with these royalties being paid in full to the “kaz.photo” website creator, before being produced.
3- SALES
3.1- All sales are final, no refunds. Refunds on completed orders are at the site owner’s discretion, in good faith on exceptional occasions only. Please contact orders@kaz.photo for any problem you have with your order.
4- XRP Payment warnings:
4.1- It is the user’s responsibility to make sure the XRP address and destination tag is entered correctly on the XRP wallet application before sending XRP to the address displayed on the checkout page. Copy/paste of this address should be used whenever possible to avoid errors.
4.2- All XRP sent to the wrong address will be lost forever, this error is not under the “kaz.photo” website owner’s responsibility.
4.3- DO NOT FORGET TO ENTER THE DESTINATION TAG! Destination tag is how this payment system assigns a payment to a particular order and automatically completes the transaction to display the download link.
